Belimo R513 – 3-way control valve

Valve with a regulating orifice for open and closed water systems. The body is made of nickel-plated brass. Male thread connection in accordance with ISO 228-1.

Key parameters

• DN 15, PN 40; G 1" male thread.
• Kvs 4 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Medium: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 200 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
• Flow characteristic A – AB: equal percentage; B – AB: linear.
• Leakage A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Angle of rotation: 90°; operating range A – AB: 15...90°, B – AB: 15...70°.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, a valve stem extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator used.
