Belimo R6015R1-B1 – 2-way control valve

Control valve with regulating orifice for modulating control on the water side in ventilation and heating systems. Suitable for open and closed water systems. The integrated orifice provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

• Design: 2-way; DN 15, PN 6; pipe connection: flange.
• Kvs: 1 m³/h.
• Fluid: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage; tightness: bubble-tight, leakage class A.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass.
• Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

The valve is operated by a rotary actuator. Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. Follow the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

For fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, heating the spindle or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type; refer to the relevant actuator data sheets for limits.
