Belimo R6015R4-B1 – control valve with regulating disc

2-way control valve for open and closed water systems and for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

  • DN 15, PN 6; flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-1/4.
  • Kvs 4 m³/h; equal-percentage characteristic.
  • Fluid: water or water with up to 50% by volume glycol; fluid temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 600 kPa.
  • Bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Nickel-plated brass body; regulating disc made of ETFE.
  • Rotation angle 90°; operating range 15...90°.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. At fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, heating the shaft or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator used.
