Belimo TRF230-S-O – actuator for ball valves

The rotary actuator moves the valve to its operating position while tensioning the return spring. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to its fail-safe position: open (NO, A–AB = 100%). For valves with an L-port, the documentation specifies A–AB = 0%.

The actuator is mounted directly on the ball valve using one screw; its mounting orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The device is protected against overload and stops automatically when the end stop is reached.
