Belimo R6032R16-B3 – control valve with orifice

2-way flanged valve for controlling flow on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. Suitable for open and closed water systems. The integrated orifice provides an equal-percentage characteristic.

Key specifications

• DN 32, PN 6; flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-1/4.
• Kvs 16 m³/h; ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 600 kPa.
• Medium: water or water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage; tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.
• Rotation angle 90°; operating range 15...90°.

Installation notes

May be installed in any position from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, heating the valve stem or using a stem extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator used.
