Belimo R6040R25-B3 – 2-way control valve

Control valve with regulating orifice for open and closed water systems and for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The body is made of nickel-plated brass.

  • Kvs: 25 m³/h.
  • Medium: water, water containing up to 50% by volume glycol.
  • Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
  • Flow characteristic: equal-percentage characteristic.
  • Permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.
  • Body: nickel-plated brass; flange for DN 40: aluminium.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the spindle or extending the valve neck is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may be limited depending on the actuator type; limitations are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
