Belimo EP080F+KMP – EPIV valve DN 80

2-way control ball valve with electronic flow control, ultrasonic measurement and an actuator with a safety function. Designed for closed-loop water systems, including flow control in air handling unit circuits and heating systems.

• V'nom 11 l/s; V'max adjustable from 30...100% V'nom; theoretical Kvs 75 m³/h.
• Fluid: water, water with max. 50% by volume glycol; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 340 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 690 kPa.
• Rated voltage AC/DC 24 V; power consumption 10 W during operation and 5 W at rest.
• Analogue control: operating range Y 2...10 V; feedback signal U 2...10 V. MP-Bus communication.
• Safety function: following a power interruption, the actuator moves the valve to the selected position using energy stored in capacitors. Safe position NC/NO or adjustable 0...100%.
• Equal-percentage flow characteristic; permissible leakage: leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• IEC/EN enclosure protection rating: IP54.

During installation, the flow direction must match the arrow on the body. A straight inlet section of at least 5 x DN is required upstream of the flow sensor.
