Belimo R7015R-B1 – diverting ball valve

3-way ball valve with a flanged connection, designed for closed water systems. It is used for changeover and open/close control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 6, Kvs 15 m³/h.
• Pipe connection: flange according to EN 1092-1/4.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Closing pressure ∆ps: 600 kPa; differential pressure Δpmax: 100 kPa.
• Flow through bypass B – AB: approx. 50% of the Kvs value.
• Tightness A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1). Tightness B – AB: class I (EN 1349 and EN 60534-4), max. 1% of the Kvs value.
• Angle of rotation: 90°.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; closure element: chrome-plated brass; spindle: nickel-plated brass; spindle seal: EPDM O-ring.
• Seat for DN 15: PTFE, EPDM O-ring; flange for DN 15: galvanised steel.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the spindle. Installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the axis or extending the valve neck is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; refer to the relevant actuator data sheets for limitations.
