Belimo Energy Valve EV015R2+MID

2-way control valve with actuator, flow sensor and thermal energy meter. Designed for closed water systems and modulating control of the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The meter has MID approval for heat measurement and meets the requirements of EN 1434.

• DN 15, PN 25; Rp 1/2" female and G 3/4" male threads.
• V'nom 0.42 l/s (1.5 m³/h); V'max setting: 25...100% of V'nom.
• Fluid: water; fluid temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F]. MID-certified range: 15...120°C.
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa.
• Control of flow, power, position or differential pressure. Differential pressure control requires a suitable sensor, which is not included.
• Ultrasonic flow measurement; monitoring of power, energy and glycol concentration.
• Built-in delta T manager and 13 months of data logging.
• Power supply AC/DC 24 V; power consumption during operation 4 W, at rest 3.7 W; sizing power 6.5 VA.
• Control signal Y 2...10 V; communication BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus, Cloud.
• NFC interface and configuration via Belimo Assistant 2 or the built-in web server.
• Degree of protection IEC/EN IP54; protection class IEC/EN III, Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV).
• 1 m connection cable; manual override by button, with locking option.
• Z-INSH15 insulation shell included; according to the documentation, it is not included in the Asia Pacific region.

For fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, the manufacturer recommends stem heating or a valve neck extension.
