3-way valve with regulating orifice for closed water systems, intended for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

Key specifications

  • DN 15, PN 6; flanged connection according to EN 1092-1/4.
  • Kvs 1.6 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
  • Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure Δpmax 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 600 kPa.
  • Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
  • Tightness: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1); B – AB leakage rate class I (EN 1349 and EN 60534-4), 1...2% of the Kvs value.
  • Nickel-plated brass body; galvanised steel flange.
  • Rotation angle 90°; operating range A – AB 15...90°, B – AB 15...70°.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type.
