A control valve with a regulating plug for closed water systems, designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. Flanged connection; nickel-plated brass body.

  • Medium: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
  • Flow characteristic: A – AB: equal-percentage; B – AB: linear.
  • Leakage: A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, 1...2% of Kvs.
  • Rotation angle: 90°; operating range A – AB: 15...90°, B – AB: 15...70°.
  • Body: nickel-plated brass; flange for DN 15: galvanised steel.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the valve stem or extending the valve neck is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limits are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
