Belimo SM24P-S damper actuator

SM24P-S is a RobustLine rotary actuator for controlling dampers in HVAC systems, comparable industrial systems and technical building installations. According to the technical data sheet, it is intended for air dampers with an area of up to approx. 4 m².

Key features

• Torque: 20 Nm; rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V.
• Control: Open/Close, 3-point; motor running time: 150 s / 90°.
• Auxiliary switch: 1x SPDT, adjustable within 0...100%.
• Rotation angle: max. 95°, with the option of limiting movement on both sides using mechanical stops.
• Direction of movement selected by switch 0 (counterclockwise) / 1 (clockwise).
• Manual override by push-button, with lock option; mechanical position indicator.
• Mechanical connection: universal shaft clamp 14...20 mm.
• Power and control connection, and auxiliary switch connection: separate 1 m cables, 3x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
• IEC/EN protection rating: IP66/67; ambient temperature: -30...50°C [-22...122°F].

Electrical data

Rated voltage frequency is 50/60 Hz. Power consumption is 2 W during operation and 0.2 W at rest; the sizing power is 4 VA. The actuator must be supplied from an isolating transformer.
