Belimo 01HT-1D – passive temperature sensor for pipes

Contact sensor for measuring pipe surface temperature in water systems. Model 01HT-1D has a passive Ni1000TK5000 output signal. The spring-loaded brass pin provides contact with the surface being measured.

• Measuring current, Ni1000TK5000: <0.3 mA @ 0°C [32°F].
• Time constant τ (63%) on a water pipe: typically 16 s when using thermal contact fluid.
• Electrical connection: detachable spring terminal block max. 2.5 mm²; cable gland with strain relief for ø6...8 mm cable.
• Degree of protection: IP54 and NEMA 1.
• Supplied with a pipe mounting strap for ø20...110 mm [0.8...4.3"], type A-22P-A47.

When measuring on a pipe surface, the effect of ambient temperature can be reduced by using thermal contact fluid.
