Rotary actuator for ball valves with NC fail-safe function. Supports modulating, communicating or hybrid control and converts signals from a connected sensor for transmission over the bus.

• Control range Y: 2...10 V; adjustable range: 0.5...10 V. Position feedback signal U: 2...10 V.
• On power failure: NC, valve closed (A–AB = 0%).
• Motor running time: 90 s / 90°; adjustable range: 70...220 s. Fail-safe function operating time: <20 s @ -20...50°C, <60 s @ -30°C.
• Power consumption during operation: 8.5 W; at rest: 3.5 W; for cable sizing: 11 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm².
• Protection rating: IP54.

The actuator has mechanical rotation angle adjustment and a mechanical position indicator. Manual operation is performed using a crank and locking switch. Device parameters can be changed using Belimo Assistant 2.
