Belimo 01HT-1L – surface-mounted temperature sensor

Passive sensor designed to measure temperature on a pipe surface in stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations. The spring-loaded brass contact pin ensures contact with the measured surface.

• Passive temperature sensor output signal: NTC10k (10k2).
• Measuring range: -35...90°C [-30...195°F].
• Accuracy for NTC..: ±0.2°C @ 25°C [±0.35°F @ 77°F].
• Measuring current for NTC10k (10k2): <2 mA @ 25°C [77°F].
• Time constant τ (63%) on a water pipe, using thermal contact-enhancing fluid: typically 16 s.
• Electrical connection: plug-in terminal strip with spring terminals, max. 2.5 mm²; cable gland with strain relief for cable ø6...8 mm.
• Degree of protection: IP54; NEMA 1.
• Included: A-22P-A47 mounting strap for pipes ø20...110 mm [0.8...4.3"].

When measuring on a pipe surface, the effect of ambient temperature can be reduced by using thermal contact-enhancing fluid. A-22P-A44 fluid is an optional accessory.
