6-way ball valve with regulating orifice and female thread. The two sequences, cooling and heating, are operated by a single 90° rotary actuator.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15; Rp 1/2" connection, female thread according to ISO 7-1; PN 16.
• Kvs (sequence I): 1.8 m³/h; Kvs (sequence II): 0.63 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: linear; permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element; stainless steel regulating orifice.

The valve is designed for closed-circuit water systems in stationary heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted.
