6-way regulating ball valve with regulating orifice and female thread. Two flow sequences, intended for cooling and heating, are operated using a single 90° rotary actuator.

• DN 15; pipe connection: Rp 1/2" female thread, according to ISO 7-1.
• PN 16; ps 1600 kPa.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.25 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.63 m³/h.
• Fluid: water, water with max. 50% by volume glycol.
• Fluid temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa.
• Differential pressure note: quiet operation Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: linear; permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Valve body: nickel-plated brass; regulating orifice: stainless steel.

Operation and installation

The rotation angle is 90°: sequence 1 covers 0...30° (cooling recommended), the dead zone is 30...60°, and sequence 2 covers 60...90° (heating recommended). The valve has a built-in pressure reducer that compensates for changes in fluid pressure in a closed volume; this function is active in the closed position (45°).

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Do not install the valve with the axis pointing downwards.
