RV24A-SZ is a modulating actuator for 2-way and 3-way globe valves. The Y control signal determines the actuator position, while the U feedback signal enables electrical position readout.

Installation and operation

The actuator is mounted directly on the valve using shaped clamping jaws. It can be rotated 360° on the valve neck. A push-button enables manual override, while a switch changes the direction of travel. Adaptation to the mechanical range takes place when the power is first switched on; it can also be initiated using the push-button. The actuator is overload-protected and stops automatically when it reaches the end position.
