Belimo 22ADP-154K – air differential pressure sensor

This transmitter, with two independent measuring systems, is designed to monitor positive pressure, negative pressure or differential pressure in air and other non-flammable, non-aggressive gases. The documentation specifies use in fixed HVAC installations, including monitoring air filters and fan V-belts.

Key features

  • Pressure measuring range: -100...2500 Pa; 8 selectable ranges for each measuring system.
  • Measured values: differential pressure and volumetric flow.
  • Communication: Modbus RTU. Outputs AOU1 and AOU2 are assigned to differential pressure by default; they can be switched to volumetric flow via the bus.
  • Voltage output: 2 x 0...5 V, 0...10 V, min. resistance 10 kΩ; 0...5/10 V signal selectable by switch.
  • Two additional inputs IN1 and IN2 for connecting a potential-free contact or NTC10k resistance sensor; their values can be read via Modbus.
  • Nominal voltage: AC/DC 24 V. Electrical connection: pluggable spring-clamp terminal block, max. 2.5 mm².
  • 29x35 mm backlit LCD; protection rating IP65 / NEMA 4X.
  • Included: mounting plate, mounting hardware, 4 plastic duct connections and 2x 2 m PVC tubes.
