Belimo C220QFL-F6 – PI ball valve

2-way valve with an integrated flow limiter, designed for closed-loop water systems. In on/off mode, the valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

Key features and specifications

• DN 20; pipe connection: Rp 3/4" female thread according to ISO 7-1; PN 25.
• Nominal flow rate V'nom: 1200 l/h (0.33 l/s; 1.2 m³/h).
• Fluid: water; fluid temperature: 2...60°C [36...140°F].
• Differential pressure: 20...280 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 520 kPa.
• The integrated limiter maintains a constant volumetric flow rate at a differential pressure of 20 to 280 kPa when the valve is open at an angle of 90°.
• Permissible leakage: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Brass body and stem; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the valve axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. The flow direction must match the arrow on the housing. Installation in the return pipe is recommended.
