Belimo 22PDP-186 – liquid differential pressure sensor

Active sensor for measuring differential pressure in stationary HVAC systems. Designed for water and water-glycol mixtures. The device reads the pressure on the high-pressure and low-pressure sides, then calculates the differential pressure.

Key features and specifications

• Measuring range: 0...10 bar (0...150 psi). The operating pressure relative to the ambient pressure must also be within the measuring range.
• Four selectable ranges for 22PDP-186: 0...10 bar, 0...5 bar, 0...2 bar and 0...1 bar; factory setting: 0...10 bar.
• Power supply: AC/DC 24 V.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...5 V, 0...10 V, min. resistance 10 kΩ; current output: 1x 4...20 mA, max. resistance 500 Ω. The 0...5/10 V or 4...20 mA signal is selected using a switch while the power supply is disconnected.
• LCD display measuring 16x38 mm.
• Pressure connection: G 1/4". Electrical connection: removable terminal block with spring terminals, max. 2.5 mm².
• Protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4X.
• Typical response time: <0.5 s.

For model 22PDP-186, the permissible overpressure is 20 bar, the negative pressure relative to ambient is -1 bar, and the burst pressure is 200 bar. Measurement is not possible in the overpressure range.
