Belimo 22PF-1UE – flow sensor

The sensor uses ultrasonic flow measurement in closed chilled and hot water systems. It is designed for water and water-glycol mixtures with a glycol content of up to max. 60% vol. The device measures flow and temperature, monitors the glycol content and compensates for its effect on flow measurement.

Main features and specifications

• Nominal size: DN 25; nominal pressure: PN 25.
• FS (maximum flow): 1.17 l/s (4.2 m³/h).
• Pipe connection: G 1 1/4" male thread, in accordance with ISO 228-1.
• Supply: AC/DC 24 V; electrical connection via cable.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined; factory setting DC 0...10 V.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Configuration via Belimo Assistant 2; access via NFC.
• Protection rating: IP54.
• Medium temperature: -20...120°C. For medium temperatures <2°C, frost protection must be provided.
• A-22PEM-A01 insulation shell included; according to the documentation, the shell is not included in the Asia-Pacific region.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal; hanging installation is not permitted. Observe the direction of flow indicated by the arrow on the housing.
