Belimo 22PF-1UG flow sensor

The 22PF-1UG uses ultrasonic flow measurement in closed chilled- and hot-water systems and water-glycol mixtures. It also measures temperature. The sensor measures the glycol content of the medium and takes it into account when measuring flow.

  • DN 40, PN 25; G 2" male threaded connection in accordance with ISO 228-1.
  • FS 3.33 l/s (12 m³/h); theoretical Kvs value: 23.6 m³/h.
  • AC/DC 24 V power supply; electrical connection: cable 6x 0.75 mm².
  • Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined range; factory setting: DC 0...10 V.
  • Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
  • Measuring medium: water or water with max. 60% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature range: -20...120°C; degree of protection IP54.
  • Configuration via Belimo Assistant 2; NFC interface.
  • Insulation shell included for DN 32...50, excluding the Asia-Pacific region.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal; suspended installation is not permitted. Dimensions listed in the datasheet for this model: L 145 mm, B 91 mm, H 134 mm.
