Ultrasonic flow sensor for water installations, designed to measure the flow and temperature of water or water-glycol mixtures up to 60% by volume. DN 65 model, PN 25, with an FS value of 10.6 l/s, flanged connection and AC/DC 24 V supply.

Supports BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU and MP-Bus, as well as a configurable analogue output. Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.

Belimo 22PF-1UJ – flow sensor

The sensor uses ultrasonic flow measurement. It measures flow and temperature; during operation, it monitors the glycol content in the medium and compensates for its effect on measurement. It can also totalise flow.

Key features

  • DN 65 (2 1/2 inch), PN 25; FS 10.6 l/s (38 m³/h).
  • Medium: water or water with up to 60% by volume glycol.
  • Supply: AC/DC 24 V; electrical connection: cable, 6x 0.75 mm².
  • Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
  • Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined; factory setting DC 0...10 V, selectable via NFC, min. resistance 10 kΩ.
  • Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.
  • Flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-2; insulation cover included.
  • IP54 protection rating; medium temperature for DN 65: -20...120°C.

For the specified measurement accuracy, an inlet section at least 5x DN long is required. Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal; suspended mounting is not permitted.
