Belimo 22PF-1UK – DN 80 flow sensor

The sensor uses ultrasonic flow measurement. It measures the flow and temperature of the medium, monitors glycol content and compensates for its effect on the measurement. It is designed for water and water-glycol mixtures up to max. 60% by volume.

Key features and specifications

• DN 80 (3 inch), PN 25; FS 16.7 l/s (60 m³/h).
• AC/DC 24 V power supply; electrical connection: 6x 0.75 mm² cable.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined. Factory setting: DC 0...10 V; min. resistance 10 kΩ.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2; flow totalisation is possible.
• Flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-2; degree of protection IP54 / NEMA 2.
• Medium temperature for DN 80: -20...120°C; ambient temperature: -30...55°C.

To achieve the specified measurement accuracy, a straight inlet section of at least 5x DN is required. Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal; suspended installation is not permitted.
