Belimo 22PF-1UK-1 – DN 80 flow sensor

The sensor uses ultrasonic technology to measure flow and also measures temperature. It is designed for water and water containing a maximum of 60% by volume glycol. The device measures the glycol content in the medium and takes it into account when measuring flow.

• Full-scale measuring range FS: 16.7 l/s (60 m³/h); minimum measured flow: 0.7% of FS.
• Power supply: AC/DC 24 V; electrical connection: 6x 0.75 mm² cable.
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined. Factory setting: DC 0...10 V; minimum resistance 10 kΩ.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.
• Flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-2; degree of protection IP54 / NEMA 2.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C; ambient temperature: -30...55°C.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal; do not install in a suspended position. Maintain an inlet straight-run length of at least 5x DN upstream of the sensor and follow the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
