Belimo 22PF-1UN – DN 150 flow sensor

The sensor measures flow using ultrasonic technology and measures the medium temperature. It is designed for water and water-glycol mixtures with up to 60% vol. glycol. The glycol content is monitored, and the device compensates for its effect on flow measurement.

• Full-scale flow measurement range FS: 62.5 l/s (225 m³/h); minimum flow measurement: 0.7% of FS.
• Nominal pressure: PN 25; pressure drop at FS: 23 kPa.
• Power supply: AC/DC 24 V; electrical connection: cable 6x 0.75 mm².
• Communication: BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...10 V, 0.5...10 V, 2...10 V or user-defined. Factory setting: DC 0...10 V; minimum resistance 10 kΩ.
• Configuration via NFC using Belimo Assistant 2.
• Protection rating: IP54 / NEMA 2.
• Medium temperature for DN 150: -20...110°C.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal; do not install in a suspended position. An inlet section at least 5x DN long is required upstream of the sensor to achieve the stated measurement accuracy. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
