Active Belimo 22WDP-112 differential pressure sensor for measuring in the range 0...2.5 bar (0...36 psi). It provides a 0...10 V output signal and is powered by AC/DC 24 V.

Designed for stationary HVAC installations; the media listed in the documentation are water, a water-glycol mixture and steam. Degree of protection IP65 / NEMA 4.

Belimo 22WDP-112 – differential pressure sensor

The sensor measures the pressure difference of the medium supplied to both sides of the internal diaphragm. It is designed for stationary heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations.

  • Differential pressure measuring range: 0...2.5 bar (0...36 psi).
  • Output signal: 1 x 0...10 V, min. resistance 2 kΩ.
  • Nominal voltage: AC/DC 24 V.
  • Media listed in the technical data: water, water-glycol mixture, steam.
  • Pressure connection: G 1/4"; electrical connection: terminal plug for cable 0.5...1.5 mm².
  • Degree of protection: IP65 / NEMA 4.
  • Accuracy: ±1% of measuring range at -5...75°C [23...167°F].
  • Ambient temperature: -10...50°C [14...122°F]; medium temperature: -10...80°C [15...175°F].
  • Permissible differential overpressure: 6 bar; negative differential overpressure: -1 bar; burst pressure: 21 bar.

The measuring range refers to differential pressure (dp). Measurement is not possible in the overpressure range. At a medium temperature <2°C [<36°F], freeze protection must be provided.
