Belimo BEN24-ST – actuator for smoke control dampers

Actuator designed for smoke control dampers. Close/Open control is provided by the BKNE230-24 communication and power supply unit. The direction of movement can be selected by mounting.

• Supply: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz; motor running time: <30 s / 90°.
• Power consumption: 3 W during movement and 0.1 W at rest; power rating for cable sizing: 6 VA.
• Auxiliary switches: 2x SPDT, switching points 5° / 80°.
• Mechanical connection: 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft.
• Power and control connection: cable with 1 m connection plug, 3x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free). Auxiliary switch connection: cable with 1 m connection plug, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
• Manual adjustment by crank; mechanical position indicator.
• Protection rating IP54; ambient temperature -30...55°C [-22...131°F].

The actuator has a mechanical Safety Position Lock™. The set includes a crank, indicator and protective bag. The actuator is adapted to the smoke control damper and installed by the damper manufacturer; according to the documentation, it is supplied directly to manufacturers of safety dampers.
