Belimo BF230-TN/500 actuator
The spring-return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C) is designed for 90° fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When powered, the motor moves the damper to the operating position and tensions the spring; if the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

- BAT release with ambient and duct temperature thermal fuses: 72°C. Activation of a thermal fuse permanently interrupts the power supply.

- 12x12 mm form-fit connection, non-through hollow shaft; motor direction of rotation selected by L/R installation.
- Manual adjustment with position stop; mechanical position indicator.
- IP54 degree of protection; IEC/EN protection class II, reinforced insulation.
Connections and accessories
Power and control connection: 5 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free). Auxiliary switch connection: 5 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm² (halogen-free). Included: hand crank, indicator, protective bag and 12/10 mm form-fit connection insert.
According to the documentation, the actuator is adapted and installed on the damper by the manufacturer of the fire or smoke damper; Belimo supplies it directly to manufacturers of such dampers.
