Belimo BFL230-T-ST actuator

Spring-return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for fire and smoke dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When powered, the actuator moves the damper to its operating position and tensions the spring. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to its safety position.

• Close/Open control; motor torque 4 Nm and safety function torque 3 Nm.
• Motor running time <60 s / 90°; safety function running time 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
• BAT thermal release: tripping temperature of thermal fuses inside and outside the duct 72°C.
• Two auxiliary switches 2x SPDT with switching points at 5° / 80°.
• Mechanical connection: form-fit connection 12x12 mm, through hollow shaft; maximum rotation angle 95°.
• Power consumption during operation 2.6 W, at rest 0.7 W; sizing power 4 VA.
• Power and control connection: cable with 1 m connection plug, 2x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free); auxiliary switch connection: cable with 1 m connection plug, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free).
• Protection rating IP54; protection class IEC/EN II, reinforced insulation.
• Manual adjustment with stop in the de-energised state; motor direction selected by L/R mounting.
