Spring-return actuator for 90° fire and smoke control dampers with BAT thermal release (72°C). AC 230 V supply, Close/Open control, motor torque 4 Nm and safety function torque 3 Nm.

Equipped with 2x SPDT (5° / 80°), 12x12 mm form-fit connection with through hollow shaft and mechanical locking in the safety position.

Belimo BFL230-T/500

Spring-return actuator with BAT thermal release (72°C), designed for 90° fire and smoke control dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. If the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the damper to the safety position.

  • Close/Open control; motor torque 4 Nm, safety function torque 3 Nm.
  • Motor running time <60 s / 90°; safety function running time 20 s @ -10...55°C, <60 s @ -30...-10°C.
  • BAT thermal release with thermal fuses for duct internal and external temperatures: 72°C.
  • Auxiliary switches 2x SPDT with switching points at 5° / 80°.
  • 12x12 mm form-fit connection, through hollow shaft; direction of movement selected by L/R mounting.
  • Manual override with position stop; mechanical position indicator.
  • Power consumption during operation 2.6 W, in standby position 0.7 W; sizing power 4 VA.
  • IP54 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class II, reinforced insulation.

Power and control connection: 5 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free). Auxiliary switch connection: 5 m cable, 6x 0.75 mm², FRNC (halogen-free). Supplied with: manual crank, indicator, protective cover and 12/10 mm form-fit insert.
