Belimo C225Q-K – 2-way zone valve

Valve for shut-off and control on the water side of air handling units and heating systems. Designed for closed water systems. The actuator is snap-mounted.

Main features and specifications

• Nominal size DN 25, nominal pressure PN 25.
• Connection: Rp 1" female thread, in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs: 7 m³/h; the Kvs value can be set using a clip that limits the rotation angle.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol.
• Fluid temperature: 2...100°C [36...212°F]; 2...90°C with actuator.
• Differential pressure Δpmax: 280 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 520 kPa. Recommendation for quiet operation: 50 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Brass body and stem; closing element made of chrome-plated brass.
• Flow is possible in both directions. Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
