Belimo C515Q-H is a 3-way changeover zone valve with G 3/4" male thread. Specifications: DN 15, PN 25, Kvs 2.3 m³/h and ps 1600 kPa. The body is made of brass.

Designed for closed water systems. Medium temperature: 2...100°C [36...212°F], and 2...90°C with an actuator.

Belimo C515Q-H – changeover zone valve

3-way valve designed for changeover and on/off control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems in closed water circuits. The valve is actuated by a rotary actuator controlled by an on/off signal.

Key features and specifications

  • DN 15, PN 25; G 3/4" male thread, connection in accordance with ISO 228-1.
  • Kvs 2.3 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
  • Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: 2...100°C [36...212°F]; 2...90°C with an actuator.
  • Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 280 kPa; closing pressure 280 kPa. 50 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
  • Rotary angle: 90°; flow is possible in both directions.
  • Brass body and stem; chrome-plated brass closing element; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.
  • Manual, tool-free snap-on actuator installation. The valve requires no maintenance.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position ranges from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Do not install with the stem pointing downwards. To achieve the 90° rotary angle required for changeover, remove the actuator end stop.
