Belimo EXT-H625XP-315

2-way globe valve with a mechanical differential pressure controller and an actuator-driven Belimo control valve. The controller compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. Correct flow control requires maintaining the minimum differential pressure across the valve.

Key features

• Nominal size DN 25; flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-2; PN 25.
• V'nom 0.80 l/s; theoretical Kvs value 6.3 m³/h; stroke 11 mm.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 30% vol. glycol; fluid temperature 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1500 kPa. To prevent cavitation, ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0,02% of the Kvs value.
• Valve body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3).
• Permissible mounting position: vertical to ±45° relative to the stem.

Maximum flow V'max can be adjusted using the setting ring on the valve neck. Maintain the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
