Belimo D6200WL – DN 200 butterfly valve

2-way butterfly valve with threaded holes in the body, designed for open and closed water systems, including switching heat generators or refrigeration machines on and off.

• DN 200; PN 16; ps 1600 kPa.
• Kvs 820 m³/h; Kvmax 2200 m³/h.
• Fluid: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -20...120°C [-4...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 300 kPa.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°.
• Pipe connection: flange, in accordance with ISO 7005-2 and EN 1092-2.
• Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3); closing element: AISI 304 stainless steel (CF-8, 1.4308); seat: EPDM.

Flow characteristic: equal-percentage at an opening angle of 0...60% (VDI/VDE 2173), and S-shaped over the range 0...100%. A linear or equal-percentage characteristic can be configured using Belimo Assistant 2.

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Do not install with the stem pointing downwards. The valve must not operate without an actuator or worm gear while fluid is flowing.
