Belimo D7100WL/BAC – DN 100 butterfly valve assembly

For 3-way configurations, the assembly comprises two butterfly valves and two actuators, supplied separately and without a tee. It is designed for mixing and diverting flow, as well as switching and control on the water side. The tee must be ordered separately.

• Kvs 160 m³/h for control; Kvmax 530 m³/h for switching.
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature -20...120°C [-4...248°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 300 kPa; closing pressure 1200 kPa.
• Actuator torque 90 Nm; running time 35 s / 90°.
• Power supply AC 24...240 V / DC 24...125 V; degree of protection IP66/67.
• Open/close, modulating, communicative or hybrid control; BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU and MP-Bus communication.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage at an opening angle of 0...60%, S-shaped at 0...100%; linear characteristic configuration is possible.
• Leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).

When both actuators are controlled by the same signal, the control signal of one actuator must be inverted. The optional tee for DN 100 is designated ZD7100.
