6-way EPIV control valve with sensor-based flow measurement. One 90° rotary actuator operates two heating and cooling control sequences. The device is designed for closed-loop water systems.

• Integrated condensation monitoring with the supplied condensation sensor; configurable protection function closes the valve when persistent condensation is detected.
• Integrated pressure equalisation function in the closed position; manual override by push-button with locking function.
• NFC interface for configuration and diagnostics using Belimo Assistant 2.
