Belimo EV24A-TPC – actuator for globe valves

Actuator designed for 2-way and 3-way globe valves. Supports Close/Open or 3-point control.

Key features and parameters

• Actuator force: 2500 N; stroke: 40 mm; running time: 150 s / 40 mm.
• Nominal voltage: AC/DC 24 V; nominal voltage frequency: 50/60 Hz.
• Nominal voltage range: AC 19.2...28.8 V / DC 21.6...28.8 V.
• Power consumption during operation: 2.5 W; in the rest position: 0.5 W; for wire sizing: 4.5 VA.
• Power and control connection: terminals with 1 m cable, 3x 0.75 mm², 4 mm² terminal.
• Manual adjustment by push-button, with the option to lock it.
• Mechanical position indicator for a stroke of 5...40 mm.
• IEC/EN IP54 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

The actuator has overload protection and stops automatically when it reaches the end stop. When using a pulsed 3-point controller, ensure that pulses stop when the end position is reached.
