Fans with an EC motor are characterized by the highest energy efficiency of all available technical solutions. The fan monitors the rotor's movement on an ongoing basis and supplies the minimum energy necessary to maintain the set rotational speed. This solution is unrivaled compared to other available solutions, even the use of an inverter to regulate the fan speed is much less effective compared to the ebm-papst EC fan.

The chimney fan with a diameter of 50 cm works with any ventilation controller with a 0-10V, 4-20mA or modbus output.

The ventilation controller with 0-10V output can control any number of EC chimney fans, there is no current limit as in the case of traditional solutions, there is no need to select inverters or the appropriate capacity of power extensions. Adding another fan is not a problem - just connect the power supply and the control signal to the new fan. All fans, regardless of the quantity, will operate at the same speed level, with minimal electricity demand - group ventilation division is unnecessary.

Maximum performance and possibly quiet operation of the fan blades thanks to HyBlade technology.

The sickle-shaped shape of the five fan blades ensures maximum efficiency of the pressed air, while the construction of light reinforced plastic minimizes energy losses for fan acceleration during operation with ventilation. Finishing the blades with winglets stabilizes the structure and significantly reduces the noise level.

The EC chimney fan has a significantly extended bearing life.

The main influence on the bearing life is the temperature - the higher the temperature, the shorter the bearing life. Common fans heat up considerably when running at low speed with a phase speed regulator, while the inverter contributes to unfavorable bearing currents. The EC fan does not have these disadvantages, and thanks to a very low energy loss, it practically does not heat up.

Ebm-papst chimney fans are characterized by high resistance to conditions in the piggery, poultry house or cowshed.
