Belimo KR24-SR – actuator for ball valves
KR24-SR is a modulating rotary actuator controlled by a Y signal. The U measuring voltage is used for electrical indication of the valve position and can serve as a control signal for other actuators.
Key features and specifications
- Motor torque: 2 Nm; supply: AC/DC 24 V, 50/60 Hz.
- Y operating range: 2...10 V; U position feedback signal: 2...10 V.
- Motor running time: 75 s / 90°; positioning accuracy: ±5%.
- Power consumption during operation: 1 W; at rest: 0.5 W; for cable sizing: 2 VA.
- Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 4x 0.75 mm².
- Manual adjustment using a magnet; mechanical, removable position indicator.
- Rotation angle limitation from 90° in increments of 2.5°; scale corresponds to 25...100% of the Kvs value.
- IEC/EN degree of protection: IP54; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
- Ambient temperature: -30...50°C; ambient humidity: Max. 95% RH, non-condensing.
The actuator is mounted directly on the ball valve using one screw. Its mounting position relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The actuator is protected against overload and stops automatically when it reaches the limiter.
