Belimo LRF24 rotary actuator

LRF24 is an actuator for ball valves. During operation, it moves the valve to the operating position and tensions the return spring. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to the safety position: NC, valve closed (A–AB = 0%). For valves with an L-port, A–AB = 100% is specified.

• Motor running time: 75 s / 90°; safety function running time: <20 s @ -20...50°C, <60 s @ -30°C.
• Power consumption during operation: 5 W; in idle position: 2.5 W; for wire sizing: 7 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm².
• Degree of protection: IP54; ambient temperature: -30...50°C.
• Mechanical position indicator and manual adjustment by crank, with the option of locking in any position.

The actuator is mounted directly on the ball valve using one screw. The mounting position relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments.
