Belimo EXT-H615XP-125 – 2-way globe valve

Valve with a mechanical differential pressure regulator and a control valve, designed for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating networks. The regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. Correct flow regulation requires the minimum differential pressure across the valve to be maintained.

Key technical data

  • Type: 2-way globe valve with flow independent of pressure changes.
  • DN 15; PN 25; flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
  • V'nom: 0.35 l/s; Kvs theor.: 2.5 m³/h; stroke: 10 mm.
  • Fluid: water or water with max. 30% by volume glycol; fluid temperature: 5...140°C [41...284°F].
  • Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1500 kPa. To prevent cavitation, ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
  • Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0.02% of the Kvs value.
  • Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3), with protective coating.
  • Permissible mounting position: vertically to ±45° relative to the stem.

Maximum flow V'max is set using the adjustment ring on the valve neck. The flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body must be observed.
