Belimo R2015-P4-S1 is a 2-way control valve with orifice, DN 15, PN 40, with Rp 1/2" female thread and Kvs 0.4 m³/h. Designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

Belimo R2015-P4-S1 – 2-way control valve

Control valve with regulating orifice for open and closed water systems. Designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

  • DN 15, PN 40; Rp 1/2" female thread.
  • Kvs 0.4 m³/h; equal-percentage characteristic, optimised in the opening range.
  • Medium: water, water with up to 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Maximum differential pressure Δpmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa. For quiet operation: 200 kPa.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Rotation angle 90°; operating range 15...90°.
  • Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and spindle, regulating orifice made of ETFE.

Installation instructions

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, spindle heating or an extended valve neck is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator used; see its product data sheet for limitations.
