Belimo R2032-S3 – Close/Open ball valve

2-way ball valve for open and closed water systems. It is used to shut off flow on the water side and provide Close/Open control in ventilation and heating systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

Key features

  • DN 32, PN 25; Rp 1 1/4" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
  • Kvs 32 m³/h; ∆pmax 1000 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa.
  • Medium: water, water containing up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
  • Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and spindle; spindle seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.
  • Rotation angle 90°; opens counterclockwise and closes clockwise.
  • Installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, spindle heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; refer to its data sheet for limitations. A differential pressure of 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
