Belimo R3050-BL4 – changeover ball valve

3-way valve with an L-shaped bore for changeover and open/close control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The valve is repositioned by a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

Key technical data

• DN 50; Rp 2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1; PN 25.
• Kvs 75 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Fluid: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 500 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotational angle: 90°.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closure element; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.

Installation instructions

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type – refer to its technical data sheet for limitations.
