Belimo R7020R6P3-B1 – 3-way control valve

Control valve with a regulating plug, designed for modulating control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems in closed water circuits.

Key technical data

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 20, PN 6.
• Pipe connection: flange, in accordance with EN 1092-1/4.
• Kvs: 6.3 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Fluid: water, water with up to 50% by volume glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Rotational angle: 90°.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; flange for DN 20: galvanised steel.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. For fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may be limited depending on the actuator type.
