Belimo R419 – 2-way control valve

Control valve with a regulating orifice for controlling flow on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. It is designed for open and closed water systems.

Key features

• Pattern: 2-way; DN 20; PN 40.
• Pipe connection: G 1 1/4" male thread, compliant with ISO 228-1.
• Kvs: 8.6 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Fluid: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 200 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage, optimised over the opening range.
• Leak-tightness: bubble-tight, leakage class A.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element and stem: stainless steel.
• Rotation angle: 90°; operating range 15...90°.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem; do not install with the stem pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, extending the valve neck is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are stated in the actuator data sheets.
