Belimo R432 – technical data

2-way ball valve for shut-off and open/close control on the water side. The body is made of nickel-plated brass.

  • Type: R432; DN 32; connection: G 2" male thread.
  • PN 25; ps 1600 kPa; Kvs 32 m³/h.
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 400 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
  • Fluid: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol. Drinking water: on request.
  • Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F]. A valve neck extension is recommended at -10...2°C; the permissible range may depend on the actuator type.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Rotation angle: 90°; opening counterclockwise, closing clockwise.
  • Closing element and stem: stainless steel; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, Viton O-ring.

The valve may be installed with the stem from vertical to horizontal; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
