Belimo R510 is a 3-way control valve with a regulating orifice, DN 15, PN 40, G 1" male thread and Kvs 1 m³/h. Designed for open and closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

Suitable for water and water containing up to 50% vol. glycol at a medium temperature of -10...100°C [14...212°F].

Belimo R510 – 3-way control valve

A valve with a regulating orifice for open and closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The body is made of nickel-plated brass.

  • Kvs: 1 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
  • Medium: water, water containing up to 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 200 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
  • Flow characteristic A – AB: equal percentage; B – AB: linear.
  • Tightness A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
  • Closing element and stem: stainless steel; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; regulating orifice: ETFE.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the direction of flow indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator used; limits are specified in its datasheet.
